WHAT AREAS DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We deliver throughout Australia. Simply enter your delivery address at the checkout and your shipping fee will be calculated.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY FEES?

Delivery fees vary depending on the size of your order and the delivery location. Your delivery fee will be automatically calculated during checkout.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The time it takes to receive your order will vary depending on the availability of the item(s) ordered and your location.

Once your order is placed you can track the delivery process.

We will always communicate with you if there are any delays with your order.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You don’t have to be home to receive your order.

When you place your order you can choose to give an authority to leave your parcel in a safe place.

Of course you can be home to sign and receive your order. Deliveries cannot be received by any person under 18 years of age or any person who is intoxicated.

Deliveries occur during business hours Monday to Friday.

CAN I COLLECT MY ONLINE ORDER FROM THE CANDAMBER STORE?

If your order is in stock you can collect it the following day, 7 days per week.

If your order is out of stock you can collect it in approximately 3-5 days.

Collection time can be anytime during our shop trading hours.

Sun-Thurs 9.30am to 9.30pm

Fri-Sat 9.30am to 10.00pm

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS IN STOCK AND READY TO BE DELIVERED OR COLLECTED?

You will receive email notification that your order is either ready to collect at our store or that your order has been shipped.

WHO CAN RECEIVE AND SIGN FOR AN ALCOHOL DELIVERY?

Your delivery can ONLY be received and signed for by an adult over 18 years of age. If requested, the person receiving the order must produce proof of age identification. In addition, your delivery CANNOT be received by a person who is intoxicated. The online purchase and delivery of alcohol must comply with the Liquor ACT 2010 and Liquor Regulation 2010.

GIFT CARDS

WHAT IS THE CANDAMBER LIQUOR GIFT CARD?

A gift card which can be used to purchase any item(s) in the Candamber Liquor online store.

This gift card is for purchases in the online store only and cannot be used in person at our physical retail store.

Select the amount you wish to add to the gift card and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

HOW DO I REDEEM A GIFT CARD?

When making a purchase in our online store, you can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. This code isn't case sensitive.

A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping.

When a customer redeems a gift card, the checkout displays one of the following options:

If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then the customer can click Complete order.

If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then the customer is prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
