DP57 Grand Tokay is made from the Muscadelle variety, sourced exclusively from the Rutherglen region in North-East Victoria. Like its Muscat counterpart, the Muscadelle that forms the DP57 Grand Tokay is left on the vine for an extended ripening period. The resultant fruit is high in natural sugar levels which is then briefly fermented and fortified, to produce an indulgent and seamless wine.
